My review: When I discovered this course I only had 10 days to go and I was desperate. I'm an international doctor, currently living in Cleveland. My Husband is a busy fellow at the Cleveland  Clinic.At the time I did the course I was taking care of my three kids, no contact what so ever with other doctors. No one to practice with!! I took the intensive course for 6 days and I passed!!! I now realized that I didn't have a clue what the exam was about until I took the course. I would have failed if it wasn't for Dr Puma I would recommend to do it with time, not wait until the end, it's no good for your heart ;)
